The subject International Business Management belongs to the advanced cycle of the International Business Administration program. This academic space seeks to understand how global organizations face a complex set of challenges such as diversity in all aspects of the business, human resources management, variety in information systems and different business models for different types of business units. The course will also address the heterogeneous needs of the clients, the cultural values, the diversity of interest, the diverse political and economic environments and establish analysis between the different strategies of the competitors. In addition, the different models of internationalization processes in companies will be discussed, which will allow us to answer the question: What is the real form that companies must follow to initiate an internationalization process?
